Tull Glazener
Tull GlazenerTull Glazener has been sharing the music of the mountain dulcimer since 1984. He has performed and led workshops nationally. Tull enjoys arranging aires, waltzes, ragtime, traditional, old-time, contemporary, classical, and jazz for the mountain dulcimer. Tull is also one of the performers on Susan Trump's Masters of the Mountain dulcimer, Vol. 1. He has produced four recordings, is author of two instruction books and is a featured columnist for Dulcimer Player News.

The best advice Tull can give to any dulcimer player is to "be yourself" with the instrument. Borrow as many techniques, ideas, licks, and tunes from as many different players as you can, but then adapt them to fit your own unique style and way of expressing the music that comes from your soul. And above all, have fun!
